Sea

Fideuà is a distinctive recipe from the birthplace of paella: Valencia, Spain. This paella adaptation incorporates thin noodles (fideu) instead of rice.

Our Basque variation of this creamy Italian rice dish incorporates portabella mushrooms, seafood and Italian Arborio rice

Our classic Basque dish is made by simmering cod in a bath of olive oil flavored by garlic and mild peppers. The oil and peppers are pureed to form a remarkably light and delicate emulsion sauce. Served with steaming white rice and choice of side vegetable.

Our recipe for this codfish fricassee is a closely guarded family secret. The salted cod is prepared in a red sauce made of ripe tomatoes and flavorful red bell peppers. Served with steaming white rice and choice of side vegetable accompaniment.

Our marvelous ribeye meat experience combines prime Black Angus ribeye with your choice of stirfry vegetables or wild rice. This selection is served alongside Mediterranean salad

Each eight-ounce portion of  tenderloin is wrapped with bacon, and grilled alongside plump portabella mushrooms. Served with your choice of rice or pasta.

Tender sirloin steak, sliced “fajita” style; stir fried with fresh vegetables including snow peas, broccoli, green beans and asparagus. Served with your choice of rice or pasta

This amazing paella consists of perfectly cooked rice and includes a variety of fresh seasonal vegetables including: green and red bell peppers, carrots, onions, diced tomato, garlic, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, squash, spinach, chick peas, sweet peas & roasted piquillo peppers.
