Pureed tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, roasted garlic, and extra virgin olive oil blended and served chilled in a bowl, mini-martini glass, or shot glass and garnished with croutons, a dash of sour cream, and thinly chopped scallions

Pureed leeks, onions, potatoes, cream, and chicken stock. It can be served either in a bowl, mini-martini glass or shot glass.

White beans, shoulder of pork, morcilla, chorizo, saffron, and seasonings.

Ham hock, great northern beans, cabbage and special seasonings. It can be served either in a bowl, mini-martini glass, or shot glass.


Romaine and mesculon mixed lettuce, tomatoes, julienne cut carrots and red cabbage with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Romaine, baby spinach, tomatoes, white Spanish tuna, artichoke hearts, white asparagus, julienne cut red cabbage and anchovy-filled olives. Prepared with balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing.

Chopped romaine, garlic croutons dressed with Parmesan cheese Caesar dressing and fresh cracked pepper
